What You Can Expect

• During setup and takedown, our team follows established hygiene practices, and the use of appropriate protective measures when required.

• All bed linens, blankets, and pillow covers are thoroughly laundered on a sanitary cycle after every party.

• Tent fabrics, decorative pillows, and non-launderable décor are carefully steamed, spot-cleaned, and disinfected after each use.

We kindly ask families to follow any current guidance provided by local public health authorities and the Ontario government to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
